Free Monthly Introduction Session

Have you heard about Hypnobirthing®, Hypnobabies®, or Hypnosis for Birth?  Wondering what they are, how they work, and if they would work for you? 

Come to a free introductory session and find out for yourself!  You will discover how hypnosis helps in childbirth (regardless of the name), how it is taught, what special situations benefit from hypnosis, and get your questions answered.

The free session is on the second Saturday of each month at 10am.  Space is limited, so a reservation is requested for the session.
